How does one define whether or not they truly have a “problem” with a church member?
One can say that the church member did this or they did that to them but can they prove it that what they did was a sin according to the bible. Was the issue just hurt feelings or perception differences?
Attached is a form that the damaged party should fill out to properly identify the cause, evidence, witnesses and relief requested.

Then you don’t have a valid offense against you.

If you can’t find a violation of what you are accusing someone else of doing or what you believe someone has done to you then no crime has been committed.
