The Newsboys played at the San Antonio Rodeo on Feb 17 which we attended.
The Newsboy’s latest song was featured in the movie “God’s not dead” with their song “God’s not dead”.
One of the great quotes of the Movie “God’s not dead” is by an Alzheimer mom who was staring blanking at a TV screen while her well off banker son who has it all was complaining of her condition and the apparent result of her condition by believing in Jesus.
Her response to her son as she pops into reality was:
“Sometimes the devil allows people to live a life free of trouble cause he doesn’t want them turning to God.”
“Sin is like a Jail cell except it’s nice and comfy and there doesn’t seem to be any need to leave. The door is wide open until one day it slams shut.”
