I was asked to give a brief 10-15 minute speech at a all hands at my work about my Irish Heritage as part of the continued focus of Diversity on the job site. I was trail blazing since I was the first to give a speech like this in front of about 150 people. The text within the boxes are enhancements to the speech which I did not give due to lack of time.
