After one returns from a military patrol the whole team goes into a debriefing room to discuss how the mission went. I had some thoughts in the file below.

I’d like to hear some of the experiences others may have had during their fast or maybe previous fast. Knowing what others experienced during their fast (both good and bad) helps others out when they get into the same situation.
