So you have been a believer for a long time and life has been and is busy. You have been caught in the legitimate cares and worries of this world that are part of our daily lives. You have made some bad decisions and are dealing with the consequences of them. Maybe you are not as sensitive to some things as we once were. You are tolerating things that you would not have tolerated not so long ago.
You know there are some things that need to change and you want to, and have wanted to for a long time. However, you have gotten used to things the way they are. You realize that to change these things it will take effort, and you realize that you don’t really have the drive, or the will to change them.
Then you think back to when there was a time when you would have been convicted and motivated to change without much thought. What happened?
